ABOUT ME

Hey, I’m Michael Hoey! I grew up in Maplewood, New Jersey, and fell in love with theatre at age five, watching Beyoncé perform “Crazy In Love”—very cliché, I know. That moment led to my first “Boys Only Hip Hop” class, and from there, years of dance and voice training. I’m a graduate of the Boston Conservatory at Berklee School of Music, where I majored in Musical Theater with an emphasis in Dance. Since then, I’ve performed on national television, on Broadway, and in theaters across the country. Now based in NYC, I’m pursuing a full-time career as a performer. When I’m not on stage, I’m probably obsessing over corgis, hanging with friends, or searching for the best quick bite in the city.
